Special and General Uses of the Oleg Lohnes Revitaler®
You have several options for using the Oleg Lohnes Revitaler®:
a) If you have enough time, use the recommended programme (the longer the better).
b) With lack of time, use the short programme.
c) Place directly on the body zone to be treated and don’t use for less than the recommended time.
d) Use according to your own sense of comfort and increase time gradually.
Prevention
It is helpful to use the exercise programmes as a preventive measure and also when ailments are in their initial and early stages.
The following exercise programmes according to complaints are listed in alphabetical order. In general it is also perfectly correct to apply the Oleg Lohnes Revitaler® next to the affected area (see leverage!). Please also note the contra-indications.

Hints for General Uses:
The Oleg Lohnes Revitaler® may not be used directly on the affected areas in cases of injury or disability, e.g. sprains, strains and their resulting bruising, circulatory disorders, muscle tightness or paralyses. In fact it is recommended to proceed as follows:
- If the problem occurs in any region of the torso – use the Oleg Lohnes Revitaler® on body zones 7 (back and lumbar area) and 8 (thoracic vertebra area).
- If the problem occurs in the area of the head or arms, use the Oleg Lohnes Revitaler® on body zones 10 (left and right palms) and 8 (thoracic vertebra area).
- If the problem occurs in the leg area, use the Oleg Lohnes Revitaler® on body zones 1 (left and right soles of feet) and 4 (buttocks).
